ANHANGI. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 242 bis 256 HGB sowie der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften nach §§ 264 bis 283 HGB vorgenommen. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgenommen. Im Hinblick auf das Unterschreiten der Werte in Anwendung der Definition der Größenklassen nach § 267 HGB ist die Gesellschaft im Jahr 2011 gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Forderungen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger Beurteilung. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Angaben zur Bilanz Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der in der Bilanz erfassten Anlagegegenstände im Jahr 2010 ist in einer separaten Anlage dargestellt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten die Kosten für die Jahresabschlusserstellung in Höhe von Euro 1.500,00. III. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgenommen. Aufgrund des negativen Ergebnisses der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit erfolgt keine Belastung durch Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag. IV. Sonstige Angaben Zwischen der Firma Freudstein GmbH und deren Gesellschafterin, der Firma Falcon Capital Partners GmbH, besteht ein Kontokorrentvertrag gemäß § 355 HGB. Darüber hinaus besteht auch mit der Firma Freudstein Gesellschaft für Marketing und Vertrieb mbH eine solche Abrede. Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr keinen Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr waren Herr Uwe Diekmann, Diplom-Kaufmann, sowie Herr Dr. Günter Kirchmair, Jurist, als Geschäftsführer der Firma Freudstein GmbH tätig. Herr Diekmann ist zum 22.06.2011 aus der Gesellschaft als Geschäftsführer ausgeschieden. Zum 31. Dezember 2011 bestehen keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen. Die Erleichterung des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB wird hinsichtlich der Angaben nach § 285 Nummer 9, Buchstaben a und b HGB in Anspruch genommen.
