Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1.9.2010 bis zum 31.8.2011A. Allgemeine Hinweise Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses zum 31.8.2011 wurden erstmals die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) angewendet. Diese führten jedoch weder zu Ausweisänderungen noch zu Bewertungsanpassungen. Nach den Größenmerkmalen des § 267 HGB handelt es sich bei der CS German Retail LA GmbH um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Die Betragsangaben erfolgen - soweit nicht anders vermerkt - in Tausend Euro (TEUR). B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert oder dem am Bilanzstichtag niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei Forderungen, deren Einbringlichkeit mit erkennbaren Risiken behaftet ist, werden angemessene Wertabschläge vorgenommen, uneinbringliche Forderungen werden vollständig abgeschrieben. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und drohenden Verluste aus schwebenden Geschäften. Sie sind in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, Verbindlichkeiten Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. D. Sonstige Angaben Organe Einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer in der Zeit vom 1.9.2010 bis 22.1.2012 war Herr Marc Houston, Manager, Luxemburg. Herr Houston war von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Ab 23.1.2012 ist Herr Richard James, Manager, Großbritannien, zum Geschäftsführer bestellt. Herr James ist ebenfalls von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Konzernverhältnisse 100 % des Stammkapitals der Gesellschaft werden von der Landshut S.a.r.l., Luxemburg, gehalten. Beide Gesellschaften werden wiederum in den Konzernabschluss der Cordea Savills German Retail Fund FCP, Luxemburg, einbezogen, das den Konzernabschluss nach IFRS für den kleinsten und größten Kreis von Unternehmen erstellt.
