Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010All Graphic Solutions GmbH, MünchenA. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN 1. Allgemeines Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden Vorjahresvergleichszahlen nicht angepasst. 2. Bilanzierungs‑ und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs‑ bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Die beweglichen Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden linear entsprechend den steuerlich relevanten AfA‑Tabellen abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter werden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben mit Ausnahme der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter welche sich im Sammelposten befinden. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Bildung von Wertberichtigungen war nicht veranlasst. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten auf der Grundlage einer vorsichtigen kaufmännischen Beurteilung. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. B. ANGABEN UND ERLäUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen Kautionen sowie Steuerrückforderungen. 2 . Eigenkapital a) gezeichnetes Kapital EUR 25.000,00 b) Gewinnvortrag EUR 29.408,43 c) Jahresfehlbetrag EUR 2.485,64 3 . Verbindlichkeiten Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern in Höhe von insgesamt Euro 56.548,94 €. C. ANGABEN ZUR GEWINN‑ UND VERLUSTRECHNUNG Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. D. VORSCHLAG ZUR ERGEBNISVERWENDUNG Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von € 2.485,64 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 08.12.2011 festgestellt. |
