ANHANG
1. Allgemeine Angaben
Die APR Communication GmbH, Berlin, ist eine kleine
Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der
Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und des
GmbH - Gesetzes erstellt.
Soweit die Inanspruchnahme steuerlicher Bilanzierungs-
und Bewertungswahlrechte einen entsprechenden Ansatz im
handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschluss vorsieht, folgt die
Gesellschaft den steuerlichen Vorschriften.
Die Bilanz wurde nach den Gliederungsvorschriften des
§ 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB, die Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. §
275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das
Sachanlagevermögen werden grundsätzlich zu
Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um
planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden unter
Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer
sowohl geometrisch degressiv als auch linear vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit einem
Einzelanschaffungswert bis EUR 150,00 wurden im Jahr des
Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Das Vorratsvermögen wird grundsätzlich zu
Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am
Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.
Eine Bildung solcher Posten war nicht notwendig.
Der Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind
zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen
alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten
wie sie nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich
sind.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem
Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten in
fremder Währung waren zum Bilanzstichtag nicht
vorhanden.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Anlagevermögen
Die Abschreibungen wurden nach den gesetzlichen
Vorschriften erstellt.
Vorratsvermögen
Das Vorratsvermögen wurde unter Beachtung des
strengen Niederstwertprinzips bewertet und ist von
untergeordneter Bedeutung.
Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
werden zum Bilanzstichtag unter Berücksichtigung des
strengen Niederstwertprinzips ausgewiesen.
Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital beträgt EUR 25.000,00. Es ist zu
100 % eingezahlt.
Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR
354.051,30 soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden
(Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag).
Steuerrückstellungen
Grundsätzlich beinhalten die
Steuerrückstellungen die Nachzahlungsbeträge an
Gewerbesteuer und Körperschaftsteuer.
sonstige Rückstellungen
Diese wurden in der notwendigen Höhe eingestellt.
Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den
Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Die
Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie die
sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten haben grundsätzlich eine
Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
4. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem
Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 (2) HGB aufgestellt
worden.
5. Sonstige Angaben
Haftungsverhältnisse gegenüber Dritten bestanden nicht.
