ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss und zur Offenlegung Die Firma HBZ für mittelständische Unternehmen GmbH wird in der Rechtsform einer Kapitalgesellschaft betrieben und hat als "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaft i.S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB den Jahresabschluss generell nach den §§ 264 ff HGB aufzustellen. Die Gliederung der Bilanz, der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, sowie des Anlagennachweises entspricht § 266 und § 275 HGB. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt worden. Für die Offenlegung werden die Erleichterungsvorschriften für "kleine" Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 i.V. § 326 HGB angewandt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gemäß § 284 Abs. 2 HGB Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 a HGB, unter Berücksichtigung der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften, §§ 264 bis 278 HGB vorgenommen. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Bei den Forderungen und den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Die Bilanzierung erfolgte zum Nennwert. Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von € 6.000,00. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 4. Geschäftsführer ( § 285 Nr. 10 HGB) Die Berichtsfirma wird von den Geschäftsführern, Herrn Oswald Helmsauer und Herrn Bernd Helmsauer vertreten. Herr Oswald Helmsauer und Herr Bernd Helmsauer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Nürnberg, 26.6.2014 gez. Oswald Helmsauer u.
