AnhangI. ALLGEMEINE ANGABEN Anwendung gesetzlicher Vorschriften Die The Farm GmbH mit Sitz in Leipzig ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Leipzig unter der Nr. HRB 23611 B eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss der The Farm GmbH, für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde unter Anwendung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie- Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) und des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger linearer Abschreibungen bewertet. Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bilanziert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer nach linearer Methode. Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände werden über eine Nutzungsdauer von 18 Monaten (Lizenzen) bis zu 15 Jahren (Markenrechte) abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer wie folgt abgeschrieben:
Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 800,00 werden im Zeitpunkt des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwerten bewertet. Bei Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurde zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos eine Pauschalwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Liquide Mittel werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Im Aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Im Passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Vorauszahlungen für künftige Zeiträume abgegrenzt. III. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUM JAHRESABSCHLUSS Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (TEUR 13; Vj.: TEUR 0) resultierten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der Gesellschafterin in Höhe von TEUR 22 (Vorjahr: TEUR 114) betreffen im Berichtsjahr mit TEUR 86 Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, die mit Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von TEUR 34 und mit sonstigen Ansprüchen in Höhe von TEUR 30 verrechnet wurden. IV. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Mitarbeiter Von der Gesellschaft wurden gemäß § 267 Abs. 5 HGB durchschnittlich 20 Mitarbeiter (Vorjahr: 0) beschäftigt. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Die Gesellschaft hat sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen von TEUR 8.163 (Vorjahr TEUR 359).
