Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluß der Firma Aey Congresse GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Grundlage für die Geschäftstätigkeit ist der Gesellschaftsvertrag in der Fassung vom 27.02.2008 beglaubigt vom Notar Alexander Schröter, Berlin, Urkunde S 83/2008. Die Gesellschaft ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Charlottenburg unter der Nummer HRB 112999 B. Gesellschafter und Kapital:

Die Geschäftsführerinnen haben jeweils Alleinvertretungsberechtigung und sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Anzahl der Arbeitskräfte zum 31.12.2023: 7 Das Wirtschaftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr. 2. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Gliederung: Der Abschluß ist entsprechend den Vorschriften des HGB gegliedert worden. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften: Die Gegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften abgeschrieben. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bzw. Rückzahlungsbetrag. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Weitere Angaben als die vorstehenden sind demnach nicht erforderlich. 3. Ergebnisverwendung Der Jahresüberschuß wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
