DEZEMBER 2023Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Holisi GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Es wurde eine Kapitalrücklage in Höhe von € 300.000,00 gebildet. Ergebnisverwendung Der Gesellschafterversammlung wurde vorgeschlagen, den Verlustvortrag in Höhe von 2.489,61 € nach Verrechnung mit dem Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von € 1.446,54 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen. Sonstige Pflichten Angaben über die Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Folgende Person geführt: Herr Dr. Holger Alfes, Alleinvertretungsberechtigt.
