ANHANG für das Geschäftsjahr 2023DAL Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Mainz1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie ErläuterungenDer Bilanzierung und Gliederung der Posten des Jahresabschlusses sind die handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff., 275 ff. HGB zu Grunde gelegt. Von der Inanspruchnahme der gesetzlichen Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 HGB wird weitgehend Gebrauch gemacht. Die Bewertung der einzelnen Bilanzposten wurde nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften und den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung vorgenommen. Das Anlagevermögen ist mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Auf die Darstellung der Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens wurde gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB verzichtet. Die Forderungen und liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nennwert, die Verbindlichkeiten mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt und berücksichtigen die am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Sie wurden für ausstehende Rechnungen und Körperschaftsteuer gebildet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Das Jahresergebnis soll auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen werden. 2. Sonstige AngabenDie Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Mitglieder der Geschäftsführung waren im Geschäftsjahr: Herr Christoph Naumann, Wiesbaden, Abteilungsleiter V&B 3 Herr Ralf Noll, Rockenberg, Fachleiter Vertragsmanagement Herr Oliver Rudnik, Hattersheim am Main, Abteilungsleiter MF 2.2 Die Geschäftsführer erhalten von der Gesellschaft keine Bezüge. Die Gesellschaft verfügt über kein eigenes Personal. Die Besorgung der Geschäfte erfolgt durch die DEUTSCHE ANLAGEN-LEASING GmbH, Mainz.
