AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDie VVV Betriebs-GmbH, Hamburg, - im Folgenden kurz "Gesellschaft" genannt - ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte gemäß § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs macht die Gesellschaft von den ihr eingeräumten Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 HGB Gebrauch. Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wird gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 verzichtet. Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) wurden die Vorjahreszahlen aufgrund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 Satz 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Bewertung erfolgt unter Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB). Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde gemäß 253 Abs. 1 und 3 HGB zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie flüssige Mittel wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur BilanzIn den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von EUR 1.853,09 (EUR 0,00) enthalten. Sonstige PflichtangabenAlleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr war:
