I. Gesetzliche Grundlagen für die Aufstellung des
Jahresabschlusses
Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Startronic
Informationssysteme GmbH ist nach den Vorschriften der
§§ 242 ff. und der §§ 264 ff. HGB
aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat von den Erleichterungen
für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften Gebrauch gemacht und
erstellt keinen Lagebericht.
II. Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und
Verlustrechnung
Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte in Rahmen der
Vorschriften des § 266 Abs. 2 und 3 HGB. Die
Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach
§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Die
Vorjahreszahlen werden ausgewiesen.
III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
1. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und
Schulden erfolgte entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen
Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze
ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und
Bilanzierung. Aktivierungswahlrechte und
Passivierungswahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen.
2. Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert
angesetzt. Fremdwährungsforderungen bestanden nicht.
3. Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen wurde allen
erkennbaren Risiken ausreichend und angemessen Rechnung
getragen.
4. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem
Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
Fremdwährungsverbindlichkeiten bestanden nicht.
IV. Verbindlichkeiten bzw. Forderungen gegenüber
Gesellschaftern und Geschäftsführern
Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestanden in
Höhe von € 364,90 und wurden mit 5,00% verzinst.
V. Geschäftsführung
Im laufenden Geschäftsjahr wurde die
Geschäftsführung von Herrn Tadeusz Chmielewski,
Hamburg, wahrgenommen. Der Geschäftsführer
vertritt die Gesellschaft allein und ist von den
Beschränkungen nach § 181 BGB befreit.
VI. Nicht aus der Bilanz ersichtliche Verbindlichkeiten
Nicht in der Bilanz ausgewiesene Verbindlichkeiten lagen
zum Abschlussstichtag nicht vor.
VII. Sonstige Angaben
Die Gesellschaft hat keinen aktiven
Geschäftsbetrieb.
