ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Es sind keine Posten zusammengefaßt worden. II. Erläuterungen 1. Grundsätze der Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden mit den Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. In den Anschaffungskosten sind Anschaffungsnebenkosten und Anschaffungskostenminderungen entsprechend berücksichtigt. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen, wobei sich die Nutzungsdauer an den steuerlichen Regelungen orientiert. Sämtliche unter AKTIVA B. II "Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände" ausgewiesene Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 1.000.000,00 EUR. Es ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, daß sie allen erkennbaren Risiken auf der Grundlage vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung tragen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung 2023 Aus der Anwendung steuerrechtlicher Bewertungsmaßnahmen ergibt sich kein Einfluss auf das Jahresergebnis des Geschäftsjahres 2023. III. Sonstige Erläuterungen Geschäftsführer im Berichtsjahr waren Herr Alain Thiemann und Herr Volker Thiemann. Sie sind jeweils allein vertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
