Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften sowie unter Beachtung rechtsformspezifischer Ausweisvorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist beim Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Cottbus unter der Register-Nr. HRB 15309 CB eingetragen.

Bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses werden die Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB in Anspruch genommen.

Die Gesellschaft ist nach § 267a Abs. 3 HGB keine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wurde wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Risiken bewertet.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterung zur Bilanz

AKTIVA

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus der beigefügten Anlage.

PASSIVA

Vorschlag für die Ergebnisverwendung:

Der Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von	63	TEUR
wird mit dem Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von	173	TEUR
verrechnet. Der Bilanzgewinn wird in Höhe von	110	TEUR
ausgewiesen und auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen

Die Rückstellungen setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:

Rückst. Aufbewahrung und Datenzugriff der BP 4 TEUR

Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 156 TEUR (Vorjahr 230 TEUR).

Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse und finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Neben den in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten bestehen keine Haftungsverhältnisse. Es bestehen sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen in Höhe von TEUR 1.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigt keine Arbeitnehmer.
