Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023I. Allgemeine Angaben I.1. Angaben zur Identifikation der Gesellschaft laut Registergericht Die Cipio Partners GmbH mit Sitz in München ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter der Nummer HRB 148333 eingetragen. I.2. Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Der Gliederung der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung liegen die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren) zugrunde. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und, soweit abnutzbar, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Die Finanzanlagen werden zu fortgeführten Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Für Beteiligungen ohne Einlageverpflichtung wurde ein Merkposten von jeweils EUR 1,00 bilanziert. Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten betreffen Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tage darstellen. Die Steuerrückstellungen sind mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden werden unverändert beibehalten. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben (wie im Vorjahr) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten werden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von EUR 21.073,73 (Vorjahr: EUR 18.903,94) ausgewiesen. Diese betreffen (wie im Vorjahr) gleichzeitig Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen. IV. Sonstige Angaben Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer Während des Geschäftsjahrs wurden im Unternehmen durchschnittlich 13 Arbeitnehmer (davon Geschäftsführer: drei) beschäftigt.
