A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2017 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) i. d. F. des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt und nach der für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 266 und 275 HGB vorgeschriebenen Form gegliedert.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt; es ist der Struktur des Unternehmens angemessen.
B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und auf der Basis der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.
Für die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurde die Bewertungsfreiheit im Jahr des Zugangs gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG in Anspruch genommen.
Die Vorräte wurden höchstens zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.
Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennbetrag.
Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennwert zum Ansatz gebracht.
Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sie wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr.
Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen betreffen Forderungen gegenüber der Gesellschafterin, der Möbelhaus Brümmerhoff GmbH, in Höhe von EUR 0,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 37.359,00).
2. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten haben mit Ausnahme der sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von EUR 36.440,84 enthalten.
Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betragen EUR 0,00.
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen Forderungen der Gesellschafterin, der Möbelhaus Brümmerhoff GmbH, in Höhe von EUR 177.100,89.
3. sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen im Wesentlichen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen. Diese betragen derzeit jährlich TEUR 100.
D. Sonstige Angaben
Geschäftsführer
Die Geschäfte wurden im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr von Herrn Manfred Gohde geführt.
Arbeitnehmer
Im Jahresdurchschnitt 2017 wurden gem. § 267 Abs. 5 HGB (ohne Auszubildende) 4 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 3 Arbeitnehmer) beschäftigt.
