ANHANGI. ANWENDUNG DER RECHNUNGSLEGUNGSVORSCHRIFTEN Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2007 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und des Gesellschaftsvertrages beachtet.
II. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSGRUNDSÄTZE Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Sachanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie der Kassenbestand, die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten und Schecks wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen. Die Ermittlung der Pensionsrückstellung wurden nach § 6a EStG vorgenommen. Bei der Berechnung wurden die Richttafeln von Dr. Klaus Heubeck aus dem Jahr 2005 zugrunde gelegt. Der Rechnungszinsfuß beträgt 6 %. Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.
In den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie in den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind keine Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr enthalten. Gegenüber Gesellschaftern bestehen zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen in Höhe von € 341,30, die unter der Position "Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter" ausgewiesen sind.
