Die Ontex Vertrieb GmbH und ihre Tochterunternehmen werden in den Konzernabschluss der Ontex Group NV, Aalst/Belgien, einbezogen. Bei der Ontex Group NV handelt es sich um das Mutterunternehmen, das den Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis von Unternehmen aufstellt. Die Ontex Vertrieb GmbH ist daher gemäß § 291 HGB von der Aufstellung eines Konzernabschlusses befreit. Der Konzernabschluss der Ontex Group NV wird bei der National Bank of Belgium, Brüssel/Belgien, veröffentlicht, im Unternehmensregister bekannt gemacht und auf der Internetseite der Ontex Group NV unter www.ontex.com veröffentlicht. Der Konzernabschluss wird nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen (IFRS) aufgestellt. Passiva
In der Ontex-Gruppe werden Darlehensverbindlichkeiten in Höhe von € 695 Mio. ausgewiesen. Die Ontex Vertrieb GmbH tritt in diesem Zusammenhang gemeinsam mit anderen Ontex-Gesellschaften als Garantiegeber auf. Eine Inanspruchnahme aus der Mithaftungserklärung ist derzeit nicht erkennbar, da die Zinsen und Tilgung durch Ontex Group NV planmäßig und fristgerecht gezahlt werden.
