Laut Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 01.06.2018 ist die Gesellschaft zum 30.06.2018 liquidiert. Mit Beschluss vom 9. November 2021 wurde die Liquidation der Gesellschaft - insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund eines bestehenden langfristigen Mietvertrages - wieder aufgehoben. Operativ ist die Gesellschaft jedoch weiterhin nicht mehr tätig.
