Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Auf den vorliegenden Jahresabschluss waren die Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff., 264 ff. HGB anzuwenden. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Umrechnung von Geschäftsvorfällen in fremder Währung erfolgte bei den Forderungen mit dem Briefkurs am Entstehungstag bzw. mit dem niedrigeren Kurs am Abschlussstichtag sowie bei den Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Geldkurs am Entstehungstag bzw. dem höheren Kurs am Abschlussstichtag. Der als Anlage 4 beigefügte Anlagenspiegel ist Bestandteil des Anhangs. Das Anlagevermögen ist mit Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Nennwerten bilanziert. Bei Forderungen werden Ausfallrisiken grundsätzlich durch angemessene Einzelwertberichtigung berücksichtigt. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung von € 1.500,00 (VJ: € 1.700,00) wurde berücksichtigt. Die liquiden Mittel wie Kassen- und Bankbestände werden zu Nominalwerten berücksichtigt. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Aufwendungen für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag. Die Auflösung erfolgt zum größten Teil innerhalb weniger Monate. Die passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Erträge für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Bilanzstichtag. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Es handelt sich wie in den Vorjahren ausschließlich um Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern und Abgaben betragen € 16.544,55 (VJ: 1.617,87). III. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer Frau Pia Dulz, Marketingkauffrau, München Frau Gesine Schwimmer, Kauffrau, München Eigenkapital und Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag Die Geschäftsleitung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
