ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die handelsrechtlich zulässigen, größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Zum 31. Dezember 2011 wies die Bilanz einen "Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckten Fehlbetrag" von TEUR 71 aus. Es besteht jedoch eine Patronatserklärung der manstein GmbH vom 10. November 2010 durch die die bilanzielle Überschuldung der Gesellschaft beseitigt wird. II. Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die auf die Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sowie deren Gliederung entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die übrigen Aktiva wurden mit dem Nominalwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen decken alle erkennbaren Risiken aus ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des Betrages ab, der zu ihrer Erfüllung nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zu den Erfüllungsbeträgen. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Das Stammkapital betrug zum 31. Dezember 2011 TEUR 25 und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Von den Verbindlichkeiten (TEUR 68) haben insgesamt TEUR 10 eine Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren. IV. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2011 war als alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer bestellt: Herr Manfred Stein, Geschäftsführer.
