ANHANGBilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze1 Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände (ausschließlich EDV-Software) werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und in zwei bis fünf Jahren abgeschrieben. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden grundsätzlich linear vorgenommen, die Nutzungsdauer beträgt regelmäßig drei bis dreizehn Jahre. Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Bei den Forderungen werden erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Eine Pauschalwertberichtigung für das allgemeine Kreditrisiko wurde in Höhe von 1 % aus den Nettoforderungen gebildet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Der Ansatz der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag. Bilanzerläuterungen2 Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten von € 520.956,70 haben Restlaufzeiten von bis zu einem Jahr. Für die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen in Höhe von € 355.283,43 bestehen regelmäßig die üblichen Eigentumsvorbehalte, soweit sie Lieferungen betreffen. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter betragen € 119.824,68 (Vj. € 198.770,23). Sonstige Angaben3 Geschäftsführung
