Anhang ZUM 31. DEZEMBER 2015F.B. PROJEKTENTWICKLUNG GMBH, NEUSSDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Die Geschäftstätigkeit liegt im Erwerb und Verkauf, der Vermietung und Verpachtung, der Verwaltung von Immobilien, der Immobilienprojektentwicklung sowie der Baubetreuung. Immobilien im vorstehenden Sinne sind auch grundstücksgleiche Rechte wie Erbbaurechte und Wohnungs- und Teileigentum. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten und -sofern abnutzbar- vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die lineare Abschreibungsmethode wurde angewandt. Die Entwicklung der historischen Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und der kumulierten Abschreibungen je Anlageposition in 2015 ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt. Forderungen wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt, erkennbare Einzelrisiken lagen nicht vor. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Alleiniger Geschäftsführer ist Herr Marc Abbas Fardowsi, Hohegrabenweg 44, 40667 Meerbusch. sonstige Berichtsbestandteile
