A. Vorbemerkung
Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31. März 2024 bilanziell überschuldet. Dennoch wird nach
§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB unter Fortführungsgesichtspunkten bilanziert, da eine Überschuldung
im Sinne von § 19 Abs. 2 InsO nicht vorliegt.
B. Rechnungslegungsgrundsätze
Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der Horváth Akademie GmbH,
Stuttgart (Amtsgericht Stuttgart, HRB 24546), die Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften
angewandt worden. Aufstellungserleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden
teilweise in Anspruch genommen. Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung des
Jahresabschlusses entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar,
um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Alle erkennbaren Einzelrisiken werden bei der Bewertung
berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind
in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags
bewertet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend
objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit
von mehr als einem Jahr sind mit dem ihrer Restlaufzeit entsprechenden durchschnittlichen
Marktzinssatz der vergangenen sieben Jahre, der von der Deutschen Bundesbank zum
Bilanzstichtag ermittelt wurde, abgezinst. Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in Fremdwährung mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr werden zum Devisenkassamittelkurs am Bilanzstichtag
umgerechnet. Bei einer Restlaufzeit über einem Jahr erfolgt die Umrechnung mit dem
Wechselkurs zum Zeitpunkt des Entstehens. Bei Wechselkursänderungen bis zum Bilanzstichtag
erfolgt die Bewertung grundsätzlich zum Wechselkurs des Bilanzstichtags unter Beachtung
des Niederstwertprinzips auf der Aktiv- und des Höchstwertprinzips auf der Passivseite.
C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
I. Bilanz
1. Flüssige Mittel
Der Posten enthält den Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten.
2. Nicht durch Eigenkapital gedeckter Fehlbetrag

3. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen betreffen in Höhe von EUR
550.000,00 (i. V. EUR 550.000,00) Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben bzw. hatten im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem
Jahr.
D. Sonstige Angaben
1. Konzernzugehörigkeit
Die Horváth 4G Beteiligungs GmbH, Stuttgart, ist im Verhältnis zur Horváth Akademie
GmbH, Stuttgart, Mutterunternehmen im Sinne des § 290 HGB und stellt zum 31. März
2024 den Konzernabschluss auf, der im Bundesanzeiger offengelegt wird.
