Grundlagen der Bilanzierung:Der Jahresabschluss der Helvetia GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entsprechen den Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung:Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens, deren Wert 1.000,00 EUR nicht übersteigt, wurden in den Sammelposten eingestellt und werden über einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Risiken bewertet. Flüssige Mittel werden zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Stammeinlage in Höhe von 25.000,00 EUR ist in voller Höhe erbracht und wird unter der Position "Gezeichnetes Kapital" ausgewiesen. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Inanspruchnahme aus HaftungsverhältnissenMit der Inanspruchnahme aus Haftungsverhältnissen ist nicht zu rechnen. IV. Rechtliche Verhältnisse:Die Gesellschaft wurde notariell am 20.04.2009 errichtet. Die Eintragung in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf erfolgte am 19.01.2010 unter HRB 62635. Vom Zeitpunkt der Handelsregistereintragung am 19.01.2010 bis zum 27.07.2010 wurden die Geschäfte von dem alleinigen Geschäftsführer Aleksandar Stefanovic geführt. Der Geschäftsführer Aleksandar Stefanovic wurde durch Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 27.07.2010 abberufen. Ihm wurde Entlastung erteilt. Seit dem 27.07.2010 ist Herr Damnjan Popovac alleiniger Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft. Unterschrift der Geschäftsführung
