Anhang 2023 I. Allgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Hamburg und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Hamburg unter der Nummer HRB 32145 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde gemäß den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kaufleute (§§ 242 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden aufgrund der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt und linear abgeschrieben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Der Gesellschafterin Lavinia Enterprises Ltd. wurde mit Vertrag vom 30. September 2022 ein Darlehen von EUR 2.000.000,00 gegeben, welches bei einer Laufzeit bis 30. Juni 2023 mit 2 & p.a. zu verzinsen ist. Das Darlehen wurde bei einer Verzinsung von 4 % bis 30. Juni 2024 verlängert. Zusätzlich wurde zum 1. Juli 2023 ein weiteres Darlehen von € 1.000.000,00 gewährt mit einer Verzinsung von 4 % und einer Laufzeit bis 30. Juni 2024. Für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten wurden sonstige Rückstellungen gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Der Jahresabschluss enthält auf fremde Währung lautende Vermögensgegenstände und Verbindlichkeiten, die zum Devisenkassakurs am Abschlussstichtag umgerechnet wurden. III. Sonstige AngabenIm Geschäftsjahr waren durchschnittlich zwei Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Axel Höveler, Schifffahrtskaufmann, Buchholz, und Herrn Benjamin Emmert, Schifffahrtskaufmann, Buchholz, geführt. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am: 17.04.2024 Während des Zeitraums vom 01.01.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 waren durchschnittlich 2 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt
