AnhangAllgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen Der Jahresabschluss der APA Publications GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, wie sie am 25.05.2009 verkündet wurden (BilMoG), aufgestellt. Eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen war nicht erforderlich. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz bzw. in der Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung gewählt. Für die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 HGB. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss der APA Publications GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen sind zu den jeweiligen Anschaffungskosten und Anschaffungsnebenkosten bilanziert. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag bestehenden Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt und sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sofern die Tageswerte über den Rückzahlungsbeträgen lagen, wurden die Verbindlichkeiten zu einem höheren Wert angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die APA Publications GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von TEUR 6 aus, davon mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe TEUR 6. Die APA Publications GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von TEUR 3.186 aus, davon mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr in Höhe TEUR 3.186. Ergebnis Das Unternehmen erzielte im Geschäftsjahr 2010 einen Jahresfehlbetrag von TEUR -100 , der auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen wird. Anteilsbesitz
