Allgemeine Angaben
Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit eine voraussichtlich dauernde Wertminderung vorlag, auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Abschlussstichtag abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags passiviert. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer beliefen sich zum Stichtag auf 5.764,90 Euro. Sie wurden mit 1,00 % p.a. verzinst. 2. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 471.389,69 Euro. Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren beträgt 148.496,99 Euro.
