AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Ansatz der einzelnen Bilanzpositionen wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 247 - 251 und 268 - 274 HGB vorgenommen. Gegenüber dem Vorjahr wurden die Bilanzierungsmethoden nicht geändert. Die Forderungen sind mit ihren Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bildung von Rückstellungen gebildet. Ihnen liegt der Erfüllungsbetrag zugrunde. II. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer sind Herr Dipl.-Betriebswirt Volker Hinz und Dipl.-Ingenieur Engelbert Brüx. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresüberschuss 2011 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
