Steuerliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft VDIV Management GmbH wird beim Finanzamt Berlin für Körperschaften IV unter der Steuernummer 30 / 569 / 50793 geführt. Es liegt eine umsatzsteuerliche Organschaft mit dem Verband der Immobilienverwalter Deutschland e.V. vor. Organträger ist der Verband der Immobilienverwalter Deutschland e.V. Alle Umsätze werden unter der Steuernummer 27 / 620 / 55783 beim Finanzamt Berlin für Körperschaften I erfasst. Am Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse i. S. von § 251 HGB. Angaben zu Buchführung, Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Buchführung wurde von der VDIV Management GmbH mit dem EDV-Buchhaltungssystem "Datev" selbst erstellt. Der Kontenplan ist den Erfordernissen der Gesellschaft angepasst und hinreichend tief gegliedert. Die Anlagengegenstände sind im Einzelnen aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagenverzeichnis zu entnehmen. Die Bankbestände sind belegmäßig durch Kontoauszüge der Kreditinstitute nachgewiesen. Die Debitoren und Kreditoren sind einzeln durch Kontokorrentkonten nachgewiesen. Der Jahresabschluss ist zutreffend aus der Buchführung entwickelt worden. Im Rahmen unserer Tätigkeit haben sich keine Feststellungen ergeben, nach denen die Buchführung nicht den gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung entspricht. Der Jahresabschluss entspricht den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Bilanzierung. Handelsrechtliche und bilanzsteuerrechtliche Vorschriften wurden beachtet. Die Bewertungs- und Abschreibungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. Die Abschreibungen auf das Sachanlagevermögen wurden planmäßig und linear, entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer, vorgenommen. Wertberichtigungen auf Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen waren nicht zu bilden. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages gebildet, der nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung der jeweiligen Risiken und möglichen Verpflichtungen erforderlich sein wird. sonstige BerichtsbestandteileAngaben zur Feststellung: Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 13.05.2024 festgestellt und vom Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer, Herrn Martin Kaßler,unterzeichnet. |
