ANHANGDuscholux Concepts GmbH i.L., Schriesheim Allgemeine Angaben An der a.o. Gesellschafterversammlung vom 21. September 2010 wurde die Liquidation der Gesellschaft beschlossen. Die Auflösung der Gesellschaft wurde am 22. Oktober 2010 im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Mannheim unter der Nummer HRB 705681 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung erstellt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Umlaufvermögens sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Bilanzsummer beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag Euro 9.188,40. Das Umlaufvermögen beinhaltet nur noch sonstige Vermögensgegenstände (Euro 457,21) und liquide Mittel (Euro 8.731,19). Die sonstigen Rückstellungen betreffen die Jahresabschlusskosten. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Kosten im Zusammenhang mit dem Jahresabschluss und der Auflösung der Gesellschaft. Sonstige Angaben Gemäß Gesellschafterbeschluss vom 21. September 2010 wurde der bisherige Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft, Herr Urs Gasser, mit sofortiger Wirkung abberufen . Zum Liquidator wurde Herr Marc Friederich bestellt. Er vertritt die Gesellschaft alleine.
