AnhangAllgemeine Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung, Währungsumrechnung und KonsolidierungDie Gesellschaft ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB einzustufen. Die dem Vorjahresabschluss zugrunde liegenden Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden werden unverändert fortgeführt. Die Geschäftsleitung geht von der Fortführung des Unternehmens aus (going concern). Gründe, die gegen die Fortführung sprechen, sind nicht erkennbar.
Informationen zur BilanzDie Vermögensgegenstände sind mit den Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bewertet worden. Bei abnutzbaren Vermögensgegenständen sind planmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen worden. Die Nutzungsdauer wurde anhand der von der Finanzverwaltung veröffentlichten Abschreibungstabellen ermittelt. Soweit erforderlich sind die niedrigeren beizulegenden Werte angesetzt worden. Für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis 410,00 EUR wurde auch in der Handelsbilanz vom Wahlrecht gemäß § 6 Abs. 2 EStG Gebrauch gemacht und im Jahr der Anschaffung zugleich ein Abgang unterstellt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben alle eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
