1. Allgemeine Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

1.1 Allgemeines

Das Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft ist das Kalenderjahr. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2015 ist nach den Vorschriften der §§ 264 ff. HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt worden. Dabei wurde - sofern nicht anders in diesem Anhang erläutert - von den möglichen Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß §§ 266, 274a, 276, 286 und 288 HGB Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs.2 HGB aufgestellt.

Sofern es der Übersichtlichkeit dient, werden bei Wahlrechten die Angaben im Anhang gemacht.

1.2 Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sowie Bank- und Kassenguthaben sind zum Nennwert unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen kaufmännischer Vorsicht in angemessenem Umfang gebildet und sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss

2.1 Finanzanlagevermögen

Die Finanzanlagen beinhalten in voller Höhe Anteile an den unter Tz. 3.3 aufgeführten Gesellschaften.

2.2 Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Der Posten umfasst Forderungen aus dem Finanzverkehr (TEUR 9.684) und aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen (TEUR 612).

2.3 Eigenkapital

Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft in Höhe von TEUR 25 ist voll eingezahlt.

2.4 Kapitalrücklage

Die Kapitalrücklage beträgt TEUR 75.

2.5 Bilanzgewinn

Der Jahresüberschuss beträgt TEUR 156 und zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von TEUR 17 ergibt sich der Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von TEUR 139.

2.6 Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten betreffen Verbindlichkeiten aus dem Finanzverkehr (TEUR 9.750) und aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen (TEUR 287).

3. Sonstige Angaben

3.1 Haftungsverhältnisse und sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden weder Haftungsverhältnisse noch sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen.

3.2 Konzernzugehörigkeit und Anteile

Die Gesellschaft ist eine 100-prozentige Tochtergesellschaft der AURELIUS SE & Co. KGaA, Grünwald.

Die AURELIUS SE & Co. KGaA stellt den Konzernabschluss für den größten Kreis der Unternehmen auf. Er wird beim Handelsregister München in Abteilung B, Nr. 221100 hinterlegt und im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger bekannt gemacht.

3.3 Anteilsbesitz

Im Folgenden erfolgen Angaben zu Unternehmen, an denen die Gesellschaft direkt Anteile von mehr als 20 Prozent hält:
