Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2011der JMR GmbH, DachauI . Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis EUR 410 werden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben und ihr Abgang unterstellt. . Die Liefer- und Leistungsforderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Einzelwertberichtigungen und Pauschalwertberichtigungen auf die Forderungen wurden nicht gebildet. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken im Rahmen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungspositionen sind mit dem amtlichen Mittelkurs des Tages der Rechnungsstellung bewertet worden. Sofern der Kurs am Bilanzstichtag niedriger (bei Verbindlichkeiten höher) war, wurden die Forderungen bzw. Verbindlichkeiten mit dem Stichtagskurs bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt EUR 25.500,00 und ist zu 50 %, d.h. EUR 12.750,00, eingezahlt. IV.
