Der Aufsichtsrat hat die Geschäftsführung in drei Sitzungen in dem am 31. Dezember 2023 beendeten Geschäftsjahr durch Erörterung mit den einzelnen Mitgliedern der Geschäftsführung geprüft. Darüber hinaus stand der Vorsitzende des Aufsichtsrats mit der Geschäftsführung ständig in Kontakt. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 einschließlich der Buchführung wurden von der Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Ernst & Young, Hamburg, geprüft und mit dem uneingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk versehen. Der Aufsichtsrat schließt sich der Beurteilung durch den Abschlussprüfer an. Nach dem abschließenden Ergebnis seiner Prüfung des Jahresabschlusses und des Prüfungsberichts sieht der Aufsichtsrat keinen Anlass, irgendwelche Einwendungen zu erheben. Der Aufsichtsrat billigt den von der Geschäftsführung aufgestellten Jahresabschluss.
