ANHANG

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 ist ausgehend von der Vorjahresbilanz nach den Vorschriften der Paragrafen 242 bis 256a und der Paragrafen 264 bis 288 des Handelsgesetzbuchs - HGB - erstellt.

Bei der KTR Europe GmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Zwei Merkmale des Paragrafen 267a Abs. 1 Ziffer 1 bis Ziffer 3 HGB werden durch die Gesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr 2023 überschritten.

Die Gesellschaft hat von den gesetzlichen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften - insbesondere von der Befreiung zur Aufstellung des Lageberichts nach Paragraf 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB - Gebrauch gemacht.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Vermögensgegenstände werden nach Paragraf 264 Absatz 2 HGB unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung bewertet.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung.

Die Rückstellungen entsprechen den zu erwartenden Ausgaben. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungswert angesetzt.

3. Sonstige Angaben

Alleiniger Gesellschafter der KTR Europe GmbH ist das KOREA Chemie Prüfungsinstitut (KTR) als Stiftung nach dem Recht der Republik Korea.

Aufgrund des Gesellschafterbeschlusses vom 26.01.2023 wurde Herr Kihong Kim zum Nachfolger von Herrn Chuljoo Jeon als ebenfalls alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der KTR Europe GmbH bestellt.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände enthalten keine Beträge mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. Die erfassten Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr.
