B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden nach der linearen Methode anhand der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert. Rückstellungen werden in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtungen gebildet. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten Der Posten beinhaltet Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern in Höhe von 112 T€ (Vorjahr 45 T€) sowie Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von 5 T€ (Vorjahr 0 T€). D. Sonstige Angaben Mitarbeiter Im Geschäftsjahr wurden 12,75 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
