Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Es wurden in der Entwicklung befindliche, selbst geschaffene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände zu Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 1.000,00 wurden im Jahre des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Die Anschaffungskosten beweglicher Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von EUR 250,00 wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zu ihren Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Angaben zur Bilanz Kapitalrücklage Gemäß Gesellschafter- und Investmentvereinbarung vom 07.07.2022 haben sich die Gesellschafter zu einer zusätzlichen Zahlung in die Kapitalrücklage in Höhe von insgesamt 1.613.000 EUR verpflichtet. Davon waren in 2022 die erste Hälfte, 806.500 EUR, und die zweite Hälfte in 2023 zur Zahlung fällig.
