Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2017Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2017 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 HGB gegliedert. Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Die geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter wurden sofort abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Position Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. In diesem Jahr wurde die gesetzliche Rücklage nicht dotiert. Das Gesellschafterverrechnungskonto wurde mit 5,5 % v. H. verzinst. Im Jahresmittel des Geschäftsjahres hatte die Gesellschaft 7 Beschäftigte. Es konnten keine Hinweise gemacht werden, ob von den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Vorjahres abgewichen wurde. Ebenso konnten keine Angaben zur Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage gemacht werden, da die Folgejahre 2018-2022 noch nicht erstellt wurden. Weitere Verbindlichkeiten wie Bürgschaften, Grundschulden, Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte bestehen nicht. Sonstige Abgaben 1. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Schweinfurt mit Eintrag im Handelsregister Schweinfurt HRB 6601. 2. Geschäftsführung und Vertretungsbefugnis Als einzelvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist bestellt Herr Matthias Walter, München sonstige BerichtsbestandteileSchweinfurt, den 10.10.2025 gez.
