Grundlagen und Methoden Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich der Form der Darstellung wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB verzichtet. Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Wertansatz der Sachanlagen berechnete sich aus den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Aufgliederung und Entwicklung der Anlagenwerte ist aus der dem Anhang beigefügten Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens zu entnehmen. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Das Umlaufvermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft. Sofern uneinbringliche Forderungen vorhanden, wurden diese in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Steuerrückstellungen bzw. -forderungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Sonstige Rückstellungen, sofern vorhanden, wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Sofern Geschäftsvorfälle in ausländischer Währung vorlagen, wurden diese mit dem amtlichen Umsatzsteuerumrechnungskurs bewertet. Währungsdifferenzen wurden entsprechend erfolgswirksam verbucht. Einzelerläuterungen Angaben zur Bilanz Unter dem Umlaufvermögen sind unter den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen Forderungen ggü. dem Gesellschafter i.H.v. € 4.929,34 ausgewiesen. Diese wurden vertragsgemäß verzinst. Für Steuernachzahlungen wurden entsprechende Steuerrückstellungen gebildet. Für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, Steuerberatungskosten für das Geschäftsjahr 2023, wurde eine Rückstellung gebildet.. Unter den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind alle Verbindlichkeiten erfasst, die im Geschäftsjahr noch nicht bezahlt wurden.Es handelt sich überwiegend ́um Steuerverbindlichkeiten zur Umsatzsteuer sowie Lohnsteuer. Sonstige Angaben Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder. Im Dezember 2023 waren 13 Arbeitnehmer inkusive Geschäftsführer und Aushilfskräfte beschäftigt. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch folgende Personen geführt:
