Anhang zur Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022der Berlin-Stay GmbH A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 der Berlin-Stay GmbH wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) aufgestellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. B. Angagen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Nutzungsdauern der Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens betragen zwischen drei und 10 Jahren. Geringstwertige Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu Euro 800,00 netto wurden analog steuerrechtlicher Regelungen (§ 6 Abs. 2 EStG) im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Im Geschäftsjahr 2022 zugegangene Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden - mit Ausnahme der geringstwertigen Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens - zeitanteilig abgeschreiben. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken wurden durch angemessene Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet und in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. C. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hat im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2022 bis zum 31.12.2022 gemäß § 267 Abs. 5 HGB durchschnittlich 4,25 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Geschäftsfüher der Gesellschaften im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2022 bis zum 31.12.2022 waren die Kauffrau Elena Korotianskiy und der Kaufmann Evgenij Kolesnikov. -Unterschrift-
