AnhangAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Reiselounge GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das erweiterte Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend den allgemeinen handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften gem. §§ 238 ff HGB erstellt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden ausgehend von den Nennwerten unter Berücksichtigung des erkennbaren und latent vorhandenen Ausfallrisikos bewertet. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in angemessenem Umfang. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind grundsätzlich mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen passiviert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Das Gesetz zur Modernisierung des Bilanzrechts (BilMoG) ist in Bezug auf Ansatz- und Bewertungsvorschriften erstmals auf den Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 anzuwenden. Auswirkungen haben sich keine ergeben. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als fünf Jahren bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 i. V. m. § 268 (7) HGB bestanden am Bilanzstichtag nicht. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,--€. Davon wurden bisher 12.500,--€ eingefordert und gezahlt. Steuerliche Verhältnisse Steuern vom Einkommen und Ertrag haben das Jahresergebnis nicht beeinflusst. Geschäftsführung Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 war Herr Bünyamin Sereflioglu Geschäftsführer. Prokura ist nicht erteilt. |
