ANHANG1. Die Munich Partners AG hat ihren Sitz in München. Die Gesellschaft ist eingetragen im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nummer HRB 151969. 2. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt € 55.440,00 und ist eingeteilt in 55.440 Namensaktien à € 1,00. 3. Die Gesellschaft wird vertreten durch den Vorstand Frau Dr. Susanne Friebel, Dipl. Physikerin, München und Herrn Dr. Thomas Gutjahr-Löser, Manager, München. 4. Dem Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft gehörten im Berichtsjahr folgende Mitglieder an: Herr Dr. Frank Sander (Vorsitzender)

5. Der Jahresabschluss der Firma Munich Partners AG, München zum 30. Juni 2017 wurde nach den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Aktien-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz zum 30. Juni 2016 wurden unverändert übernommen. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. 6. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden sind an den ertragssteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet worden, wobei die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erfolgte und gleichzeitig entsprechend dem Vorsichtsprinzip allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung getragen wurde. Die Immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Zugänge wurden planmäßig nach der steuerlich zulässigen linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich nach dem Anschaffungswertprinzip unter Beachtung des Vorsichtsprinzips mit ihren ursprünglichen nominellen Werten angesetzt worden. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht vorzunehmen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.
