Angaben zur Bilanz BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN Die Vermögens- und Schuldposten sind unter Beachtung der Vorschriften des HGB für Kapitalgesellschaften und der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung bewertet. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken und den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. 1) AKTIVA Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind mit den Anschaffungs- und Herstellkosten bewertet und wurden - sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen - um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Sachanlagen werden zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear vorgenommen. Die Forderungen an Kunden und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet. Bei zweifelhaften Forderungen werden gegebenenfalls Einzelwertberechtigungen vorgenommen. Die Bankguthaben werden zum Nennbetrag ausgewiesen. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungspostenwurde für Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen, gebildet. 2) PASSIVA Das gezeichnete Kapital wird zu 100 Prozent von der Horizon Equity GmbH gehalten. Das Stammkapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe einbezahlt. Steuerrückstellungen und andere Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Sie berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und nicht durch Grundpfandrechte o.ä. gesichert. IV. Sonstige Angaben Der Betrag der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 1.299.687,87 (im Vorjahr EUR 2.105.056,10). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 749.592,56 (im Vorjahr EUR 2.256.579,73). Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der während des Geschäftsjahres 2023 beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer betrug 10. Beschäftigt waren neben den Geschäftsführern noch sieben vollzeitbeschäftigte Mitarbeiter sowie eine geringfügig Beschäftigte. Die Bernstein Bank GmbH, München wurde durch folgende Geschäftsführer vertreten: · Dr. Stefan Sträußl, Dipl.-Kaufmann · Heiko Seibel, Dipl.-Kaufmann Angaben zum Mutterunternehmen gem. § 285 Nr. 14 HGB
Gegenüber der Muttergesellschaft besteht zum Bilanzstichtag eine Forderung in Höhe von EUR 7.681,85 (im Vorjahr EUR 19.203,34). Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag nicht. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestanden zum Abschlussstichtag ebenfalls nicht. Seit dem 28.08.2023 wurden keine Wertpapierdienstleistungen mehr erbracht. Für Zwecke der Offenlegung wurde ein Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2023 nach HGB erstellt. Die Positionen Treuhandvermögen/Treuhandverbindlichkeiten wurden aus diesem Grunde ausgegliedert. Der im Vorjahr in die Gewinnrücklagen überführte Sonderposten "Fonds für allgemeine Bankrisiken" wurde in 2023 ergebniswirksam aufgelöst. München, 31.03.2024 gez. Dr. Stefan Sträußl gez.
