Anhang:Der Jahresabschluss der Firma IMMOBE GmbH wurde unter Beachtung der Handels-und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs-und Bilanzierungsvorschriften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelung des GmbH - Gesetzes zu beachten. Soweit Wahlrechte für Angaben in der Bilanz oder im Anhang ausgeübt werden können, wurde der Vermerk in der Bilanz gewählt. Nach den in § 267HGB abgegebenen Größenklasse ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsgrundsätze Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken wurden berücksichtigt. Flüssiges Mittel wurden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Beschluss über die Verwendung des ErgebnissesAuf Vorschlag des Geschäftsführers hat die Gesellschaft beschlossen, das Jahresergebnis 2010 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
