Anhang FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2011I. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDie einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind entsprechend den Vorschriften für große Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß HGB gegliedert, wobei die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB) aufgestellt wurde. Die handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften und stimmen mit den im Vorjahr angewandten Grundsätzen überein. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Gesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB. Von den Erleichterungsvorschriften gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4, 274a, 288, 325 und 326 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wird Gebrauch gemacht. Die Finanzanlagen werden mit dem Erinnerungswert zur Komplementärstellung bilanziert. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit ihrem Nominalbetrag bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen werden unter Berücksichtigung der Erkenntnisse bei Abschlusserstellung mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr werden gem. § 253 Abs. 2 HGB abgezinst. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz1. Beteiligungen Die Gesellschaft ist als Komplementärin an der Cigaretten Ostermeier GmbH & Co. KG, Hohenbrunn, ohne Kapitalanteil beteiligt. Zum 31.12.2011 erzielte die Cigaretten Ostermeier GmbH & Co.KG bei einem Eigenkapital von € 10.948.892,16 (Vj: T€ 11.157,6) einen Jahresüberschuss i.H.v. € 451.215,07 (Vj: T€ 1.674,8). 2. Eigenkapital In der Position Bilanzgewinn ist zum 31.12.2011 ein Gewinnvortrag in Höhe von € 4.511,31(VJ: T€ 4,0) enthalten. III. Sonstige Angaben1. Geschäftsführung Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Rudolf Ostermeier, Unterhaching, Groß-und Außenhandelskaufmann. Der Geschäftsführer erhält von der Gesellschaft keine gesonderten Bezüge. 2. Ergebnisverwendung Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Bilanzgewinn i.H.v. € 6.171,19 festzustellen.
Hohenbrunn, den 27. März 2012 Rudolf Ostermeier Offenlegung des Gesellschafterbeschlusses zur Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses 2011 gemäß § 328 HGBAm 07.05.2012 hat die Gesellschafterversammlung der Ostermeier Verwaltungs GmbH, eingetragen im Handelsregister München unter HRB 165094, den Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01.01.2011 bis zum 31.12.2011 festgestellt.
