ANHANG für das Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr 01.01. - 14.12.2009Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgt entsprechend den handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung und Bilanzierung. Angaben zur Bilanz Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen der Sachanlagen werden im Berichtsjahr linear nach Maßgabe der steuerrechtlich zulässigen Höchstwerte vorgenommen. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen, die am Abschlussstichtag dem Grund oder der Höhe nach noch ungewiss sind. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung. Verbindlichkeiten werden zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Darlehenverbindlichkeit von nominal EUR 15.000,00 gegenüber Dieter und Gisela Klinkhammer wird mit EUR 0,00 ausgewiesen, da ein Darlehensverzicht gegen Besserungsschein erklärt wurde. Seit dem Kalenderjahr 2006 ist Herr Dieter Ledor, Kempen als atypisch stiller Gesellschafter an der 2light Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH beteiligt und hat der Gesellschaft gleichzeitig ein partiarisches Darlehen i.H.v. EUR 25.000,00 gewährt. Die Verbindlichkeit aus Gehaltsverrechnung gegenüber dem Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer Alexander Klinkhammer beträgt EUR 1.723,42. Sonstige Angaben Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft ist Herr Alexander Klinkhammer, Kaufmann, Pulheim.
