ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist entsprechend den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich aufgelaufener Abschreibungen angesetzt. Soweit Abschreibungen vorgenommen werden, werden diese linear der nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen ermittelten betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Vorräte

Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Zinsen für Fremdkapital wurde nicht in die Herstellungskosten einbezogen.

Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zu Nennbeträgen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen sind so bemessen, dass sie nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen angemessen Rechnung tragen.

Verbindlichkeiten

Der Ansatz erfolgt jeweils mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

In den Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber dem Gesellschafter der Hunatech Co. LTD in Höhe von € 45.346,23 enthalten.

Eigenkapital

Gemäß Patronatserklärung mit Rangrücktritt hat sich die Mutterfirma, die Hunatech Co. LTD, verpflichtet, die Gesellschaft von allen Verbindlichkeiten soweit freizustellen, wie dies für die Beseitigung der Überschuldung erforderlich ist. Weiterhin verpflichtet sich die Mutterfirma hinter alle gegenwärtig bestehenden oder kurzfristig entstehenden Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber anderen Gläubigern zurückzutreten.

Sonstige Angaben

Ab dem 01.04.2007 ist Herr Jin Goo Kim zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer bestellt. Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
