AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der RTC Schütte GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, Bremen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2011, ist nach den Vorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB (§§ 238 ff.) unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt worden. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen macht die Gesellschaft teilweise Gebrauch. Offenlegungserleichterungen werden gemäß § 326 HGB in Anspruch genommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Umlaufvermögen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert und unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten Die flüssigen Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind sämtlich innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 3.992,56 (Vorjahr: Euro 3.839,00) enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern werden mit 4 % p.a. verzinst. IV. Sonstige Angaben Organe der Gesellschaft Alleinvertretungsberechtigte Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr und sind bis heute: Holger Fennen, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer, Hamburg, (bis 25.06.2012), Frank Fruggel, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer, Rotenburg, und Björn Hagedorn, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer, Stade. Die Geschäftsführer sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
