ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben Nach den in § 267 Abs. 1 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen für Kapitalgesellschaften ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Der Jahresabschluss ist daher nach den Vorschriften der §§ 238 ff. HGB und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften nach § 264 ff. in der Fassung des Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) aufgestellt worden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Bilanz ist vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt worden.

Die KLU Executive Education GmbH ist am 18. Januar 2012 beim Amtsgericht Hamburg im Handelsregister HRB 121478 eingetragen worden.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze
Es gelten im Wesentlichen unverändert zum Vorjahr die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundlagen. Die Bewertung der immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und der Sachanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen. Die Nutzungsdauern orientieren sich grundsätzlich an den amtlichen AfA-Tabellen. Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit einem Wert unter EUR 800 werden in Anlehnung an § 6 Abs. 2 EStG sofort aufwandswirksam erfasst. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennbetrag, gegebenenfalls zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert, bewertet. Die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit den Nominalbeträgen angesetzt. Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sind Ausgaben vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. Als passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Einnahmen vor dem Abschlussstichtag angesetzt, soweit sie Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach diesem Tag darstellen.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Auf die Aufstellung eines Anlagenspiegels wurde gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 HGB verzichtet. Das gezeichnete Kapital von TEUR 25 ist vollständig eingezahlt.
4. Sonstige Angaben
Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft sind: - Herr Immo Schmidt-Jortzig, Hamburg (ab 01.09.2023) - Herr Fabian Stefan Berger, Hamburg (bis 31.08.2023) Die Gesellschaft macht von § 288 Abs. 1 HGB i.V.m. § 285 Nr. 9 HGB Gebrauch. Die Gesellschaft wurde durch die beiden Geschäftsführer pro rata temporis einzeln im Außenverhältnis vertreten.
