Allgemeine Angaben Die GDS Advanced Technologies GmbH wurde am 18.07.2014 gegründet. Die Eintragung in das Handelsregister erfolgte beim Amtsgericht Bremen unter der Nummer HRB 29738 HB. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2018 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt und gibt unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage wieder. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 HGB. Bei der Bewertung ist von der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit gemäß § 252 Absatz 1 Nr. 2 HGB ausgegangen worden, da weder tatsächliche noch rechtliche Gegebenheiten dem entgegenstehen. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
a) Anlagevermögen
Die Sachanlagen und immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die nutzungsbedingten Normalabschreibungen werden planmäßig vorgenommen. Wirtschaftsgüter mit Einzelanschaffungskosten bis zu 410,00 € werden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Beteiligungen werden mit den aktivierungspflichtigen Anschaffungskosten, ggf vermindert um außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. b) Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert. c) Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Sie wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. d) Verbindlichkeiten Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 25.000,00 ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.
